Claire Danes to wear Narciso Rodriguez wedding dress
Claire Danes has divulged some additional wedding planning details about her upcoming nuptials, including the designer of her wedding dresses: Narciso Rodriguez.
Arriving at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York, the My So-Called Life actress told People she has asked her long-time friend to create a white wedding gowns for her to wear when she says her vows with boyfriend Hugh Dancy.
"I get weepy…more emotional than I was expecting," she told the news provider, describing how she meets up with Rodriguez to share ideas. "It's intimate."
Danes and Dancy met in 2007 on the set of the movie Evening and got engaged in February. Recent media reports say they plan to tie the knot in France - where the groom-to-be popped the question - in September.
Rodriguez has recently been in the spotlight as one of Michelle Obama's favorite designers, and he also created the chic wedding gownworn by Carolyn Bessette when she married JFK Jr.
The Cuban-American designer told People that he enjoys working with Danes, calling her "an extraordinary woman inside and out."
